I was desperately looking for Wicked tickets to take me in laws who are coming in to town, I came across Guaranteedseats.com I was looking at their tickets and had a few questions, such as if they truly guarantee their tickets, and if they could ship them to me in time.I called their number 1-800-910-TIXS or 1-800-910-8497 and a guy answered the phone very annoyed and had me on speaker phone.
I attempted to ask him my questions but he acted as if he had better things to do and that i was bothering him. Shocked, I asked to speak with a manager or owner and his response was "They are not here" Which sounds very suspicious. I then asked when would be a good time to reach them and his response was "They are never here" I asked how can a business be ran that way and he just hung up on me. I tried to call back but when I got through he just Hung up on me again.
I must say that this experience was horrible and I decided to go to another ticket site. I found better prices, better selection, and way better customer service. If the owner ever reads this I have a question, Why would you hire a person for customer service who obviously cares very little about your customers.
Are you trying to go out of business?How hard can it really be to answer the phone nicely and actually help someone?
